Q1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?
A: Different products have different MOQ, just tell us how many you want.

A: Do not worry. Feel free to contact us .In order to get more orders and give our clients more convener ,we accept small order.

Q3. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Special customization needs to confirm with our salesman.

Q4. Can you do OEM for me?
A: We accept all OEM orders,just give us your design. we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.

Q5. What is your way of packing?

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7-35 days after receiving your advance payment. If we have a steady relationship, we will stock the raw material for you. It will reduce your waiting time. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

 

Q7. What is your preferred method of payment?

A: We accept telegraphic transfer (T/T) as a method of payment. A deposit of 30% is required upon placing the order, and the balance of 70% is required before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and their packaging before you make the final payment.

 

Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have quality control all through our production and have final inspection by QC with AQL standard before shipment.

 

Q9. How to guarantee clients interests?
A: 1.After you approved the sample or technical drawings, before you place an order and pay for the deposit, you are welcomed to pay a visit to our factories, we are confident that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do.

2.Before the delivery, we support our clients or arranged the third party to inspect the quality of the goods, if mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility.

Q10. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A: 1.Take photos of the problems and send to us.

2.Take videos of the problems and send to us.

3.Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representitive for inspection.when we confirm its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers' requirement.
